Dexon Electric Blower Heaters provide positive air pressure ventilation to equipment or storage vaults, pumping stations, or other confined spaces where a safer, dryer, less corrosive environment is desired for equipment and operator safety. They will maintain an adjustable preset discharge temperature. Large units 6 kw and up have staged heating elements to minimize power supply and demand billing charges.

Blower Heaters are easy to install, simply mount unit to structure, then run appropriate conduit for power, remote status and optional features used, run power to unit and make adjustments, if required to fan speed. For easy servicing of units the controls, elements and in most cases the blowers are mounted on a single removable panel.

All Blower Heaters are CSA Certified for Ordinary Location and for Class 1, Div. 2, Group C & D Locations. Outdoor freestanding units are certified or approved for Enclosure Type 3R. 

IMPORTANT:

CSA Certification for Ordinary Location is identified by a -1 at the end of the model number. If a -1 is not present the unit will be CSA Certified for Class 1 Div.2 Locations.
Examples:
MDH3 -1 would be for ordinary location
MDH3 would be for Class 1, Div.2 location

MDH Series Blower Heater

MDHIL Series Blower Heater
  • Indoor Inline or wall mounted units with top or side inlet collars and hood
  • 3000 to 4050 watts, single staged elements
  • Available in 120, 208, 240, 480 or 600 VAC, 1 or 3 phase
  • Approximately 80 - 300CFM  @ 0 inches Static Pressure Water Column
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower
  • Dimensions 750mmH or 815mmH x 300mmSQ

SMDH Series Blower Heater
  • Free Standing or Flanged Pipe mounted units with louvers on one side only. CSA Enclosure Type 3R.
  • 3000 to 40500 watts.  One, two or three staged elements
  • Available in 120, 208, 240, 480 or 600 VAC, 1 or 3 phase
  • Approximately 80 - 1520 CFM   @ 0 inches Static Pressure Water Column
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower(s)
  • Dimensions vary with capacity

WMDH Series Blower Heater
  • Indoor wall mount units with separate louver section
  • 3000 to 40500 watts.  One, two or three staged elements
  • Available in 120, 208, 240, 480 or 600 VAC, 1 or 3 phase
  • Approximately 80 - 1520 CFM @ 0 inches Static Pressure Water Column
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower(s)

IMDH Series Blower Heater
  • Indoor Inline or wall mount units with inlet collar for ducting  and no louvers
  • 3000 to 40500 watts.  One, two or three staged elements
  • Available in 120, 208, 240, 480 or 600 VAC, 1 or 3 phase
  • Approximately 80 - 1520 CFM @ 0 inches Static Pressure Water Column

OWMDH Series Blower Heater
  • Outdoor wall mount units with louver section on hinged lockable door. CSA Enclosure Type 3R.

  • Available in 120, 208, 240, 480 or 600 VAC, 1 or 3 phase
  • Approximately 80 - 1520 CFM @ 0 inches Static Pressure Water Column

All Dexon Electric Blower Heaters are available in one or three phase, and required power supply voltages of 120/208,120/240,120/480,or 120/600.

Please note: The airflow capacities listed above are only a guideline of the range of these products. Proper sizing is required to match air flow, versus heating capacities with regards to local climatic conditions, external system pressures, etc.. Please contact Dexon to facilitate sizing.
